The Family

"What have you done to yourself my child?" resonates a six feet four inches tall and sturdy man as he springs into my "ward".

The "child" in question, is nearly 46 years old with his hair visibly graying at the sides.

"I have been scrapping cells off my liver and drilling holes in my intestines during my leisure time." I laugh as I hug my new visitor.

Soon a five feet seven inches tall and elegant woman in her early seventies also enters my "ward."

Yes, my parents have arrived.

Holding me by my arms, both of them walk me to my bed as if I were their young pregnant daughter delivering for the first time...

You walk over and say "How about we go to the beach and play?"

Side Pose - popup image or album - You go to the beach. In fact, you go with her to the beach everyday and soon you both live and play together.

Ruffled - popup image or album - One day she finds out that you are a philanderer and take other girls to the beach as well. She is more than pissed and throws away your apartment keys in the sea saying "I never want to be with you again."

You just walk away ignoring her.

Searching - popup image or album - She goes back to her home too. But later returns to find the keys of your apartment...

Waiting - popup image or album - She finds the keys and after changing, waits for you on your bed. "I am wrong..." She thinks to herself. "I cannot break up with such a nice guy (like you)."

Question is... Will you return home and accept her love?

I wrote this photo-story in a bit of hurry. May be one of you can do better.

A Blissful Week

Wednesday:

Early morning my wife was surprised to see me in a different "ward."

"What was wrong with the previous one and who helped you move?" She asked with her eyes already revealing her suspicions.

"I hate pink colors and I prefer quiet environment." I stated matter-of-factly. "And," I continued, "Kind sisters helped me move..."

I deliberately selected the term "sisters" instead of "nurses" to ease her suspicion.

As dreaded, her eyes soon wandered over to the new-companion (portable CD/Radio/Cassette).

"Was this suite already equipped with Hi-Fi?"

NORAD. She should be working for NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command).

I knew that one wrong answer and my planned series of fiesta would end before they started...

Well. Yesterday only Wesley tried writing photo stories. And he did a nice job. C'mon y'all give it a try and you can create your own in any sequence of the image you want.

"We are going here and here" says Supremo - Dr. Chan (the lead doctor), with the zeal of a commander directing forces to strategic hit-spots in Iraq, as he points at spots in the x-ray scans spread in front of us.

"Here and here" are supposed to be spots in my body.

"As far as we don't go there or there (I point up and down signifying heaven or hell), it should be alright."

"What?" Dr. Chan's head tilts up and down as his vision follows my finger gestures.

"Never mind."

As he carries on explaining all the complexities of what, how, and when, I interrupt him...

"I have something important to tell you..."

Tips For Marrying A Chinese Bride - III

On Sunday evening, Catherine and Bert visited me. Love is wonderful. Or at least the feeling of being in love is. And it is a cure or a booster to behavioral problems as well.

Bert no longer exhibits stupidity and his idiotic looks and expression(s) seem to have left him for good. On the other hand, the woman in Catherine has blossomed as well. She is ten times more attractive and graceful than she used to be.

Seeing a (almost) perfect couple in front of me, my thoughts wandered to events of past few weeks...
